We are currently searching NSX exchanges with Florida, i.e Our prefered visit in Jan-March 2020( duration approx. 2 weeks) and your visit to Nice later in 2020 or maybe simultaneously..Our place: Centrally located top floor apartment in Nice, France with 50 metres to the sea/beach and Promenade des Anglais . Location between Hotel Negresco and Palais Mediterranee. Lateral sea view. Very calm and safe. Large terraces with possibility for dinner outside. Nice has good communications( bus, train) with all places on the French Riviera and also with Monaco and northern Italy.We are close to a tramway stop and also bus stops close,and there are car rental companies in walking distance. The promenade des Anglias offers a 6 km long walking area.Bakery, food store and wine shop close by. Double bed in master bedroom, extra beds in sofa in living room. Mountain views towards the Alpilles. Sunny, bright, hard floors in all rooms ( marble, tiles and wood). Electrical stores .

The apartment is located very centrally in the city, but also close to walking (promenade des Anglais). The Promenade along the sea which is 6 Km has many activities , incl the beach but also feature cultural activities like music and exhibitions, different short time activities like fairs, bicycle races and other sports activities etc. There are lots of restaurants on and around the beach.
In our very vicinity, same block, is a museum, and a park around the museum, also restaurants, cafes and grocery stores and wine merchants. Not far away are other parks, and lots of museums , especially art( Matisse,Chagall and others))

It's a short walk to the beach, but also to museums, and several restaurants and cafes. In addition, two casinos. In Nice, there is the Matisse museum, Chagall Museum and many other museums with art, history, etc. A museum(Massena) is located in the same block.
Possibility to strolling on the Promenade every evening. There are often music, fireworks and other activities. There is also a small tourist train. Bikes can be rented .

We are nonsmokers and experienced exchangers. We would like
a nonsimultaneous exchange with southern Florida Concurrent or Nonsimultaneously ( we travel in First Quarter of 2020 and you can come in autumn of 2019. Duration is flexible, preferably at least 2 weeks.
No children - refers to young children due to high floor/location.
