Our neighborhood is quiet with tall pine trees giving it a mountain feel. Lovely for taking walks. Neighbors are friendly but the houses are not crowded together. The home has the advantage of being in a mountain setting. Yet it is only one mile from the center of town where there is an old-style courthouse and city square across the street from the infamous "Whiskey Row." In the late 1800's Prescott was the territorial capitol of Arizona and has a colorful history.
