You have to be 55 or older as required by the covenants. Located in Dreamland Villa - http://www.dreamlandvilla.org Recently remodeled. 1200 sq ft. 2 bedroom plus it also has an office off the carport with a hide-a-bed. Separate laundry room access in carport. Fresh fruit during the early months of the year - orange, grapefruit and lemon tree in the backyard. A men's set of golf clubs are included. 4 ceiling fans in the house.

Phoenix 30 min, Scottsdale - 30 min, Tucson - 2 hrs, Tombstone - 3 hrs, San Diego - 6 hrs. Scottsdale is home to the San Francisco Giants, Colorado Rockies, and Arizona Diamondbacks. The San Francisco Giants play in the heart of downtown Scottsdale at Scottsdale Stadium. A short drive north the Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondbacks play at the Salt River Fields at Talking Stick.
