Our house is built in 1891, is an appartment building and belongs to our family. Our 180 sqm appartment is on the 4th and 5th floor and has a mixed (modern and antique) furnishing. It is only 1 min walk to Spree. Very central, good possibility to walk or to go by bike, close to cafes, restaurants, sightseeings and to public transport.
Please, attention: no lift!
We do not smoke, our guests can smoke outside on the terrace.
