Beskrivelse af vores byttebolig

Bright, newly refurbished two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment on fourth (top) floor of purpose-built block. 30 foot living room with separate sitting and dining areas. 10 minutes' walk from Regent's Park and London Zoo; only 40 minutes walk from Oxford Circus - the heart of the West End - if you fancy exercise rather than using the excellent nearby bus and underground services. Lots of really good restaurants within 10 minutes.

Our daughter lives in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and we are expecting to visit her over the Christmas period in 2019. We are also interested in extending our trip to visit Florida with her, and other family members, after Christmas and into the New Year.

We are also exploring the possibility of visiting the West Los Angeles area for Christmas 2020 and early 2021.

If a non-simultaneous exchange works for you, we can make our London flat available between 9 & 23 August 2019, 26 October to 9 November 2019, and some time (dates to be confirmed) between February and March 2020.

Promise Hill is just to the North of Central London, very near London Zoo and Regent 's Park. Transport links are excellent,and there is a huge range of excellent restaurants nearby. We are also very near Camden Market, one of London's premier attractions - especially for younger people.

We are very close to London Zoo, and Camden Lock is only ten minutes away. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance, and Central London is easy to get to by public transport or by walking through Regent's Park.
