From our house, it's a short walk to all lovely cafes, restaurants, grocery store Waitrose as well as other small shops with clothing, bookstores, small cinema etc. We are at the entrance of The Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which is perfect for exploring by bike as well as on multiple available hike trails. Our location is great for exploring the Oxfordshire and nearby areas: as we are approximately 40 minutes by car from Oxford (little over an hour by direct bus), little over an hour from The Cotswolds and about 70 minutes from central London. We highly recommend having a car to explore the area, however, we don't have a designated parking spot that you could use while staying at our house unfortunately. We highly recommend our house for people who love cycling as there are multiple tracks around Henley and in the Chilterns and you can also explore The Cotswolds if you are willing to go by car and then hop on your bike.
