Beautiful 350 year old house in Bivio, a quaint, very small village in the Swiss Alps (http://www.bivio.ch/E/Sommer.html) near St. Moritz and the Engadin Valley.
There are four good restaurants in the village. Grocery shop next door.
Totally refurbished and equipped with all you need. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, four toilets.
There's TV and WLAN in the house. - Also aNespresso-machine; what else?
The house is not suitable for disabled persons.
Great for hiking, exploring the countryside and relaxing. Elevation: 1800m. In the evenings it might be rather cool even in summer.
The house is available from mid-April to mid-December.
Sorry - NO exchange during Holiday Season (Christmas - New Year) . January and Frebruary an exchange might be possible. Yet then parking costs 10 CHF per day.
In general we prefer southern regions.
