This is a great beach house about .8 miles from the beach on the Oceanside with a walkway right to the beach. The house includes lots of fun stuff for rain or shine. Bikes, games, great audio visual capability, high speed internet, a hot tub, community pool, tons of beach equipment and much more. Wild horses roam freely in the area and tours are offered. rent a kayak or do dozens of other activities. Shopping and great food is everywhere. May through September a community pool is available and just 100 feet away and the hot tub is available during the same time period right in the yard!

We rent this house out mostly in the summers but have periods of time throughout the year where weeks do not get rented so we wanted to see if other folks might want to take advantage of those open periods.
