My home is my sanctuary, with lots of light (maximum sun in the afternoon) and surrounded by beautiful natural views from the balcony (hills, mountains, trees and tall cactus); the balcony features a hammock and a small table with two chairs. My apartment is a quiet place, well insulated from the one unit next to it and the one unit under it. It is on the second floor; with good exercise included on the stairs, with railing on both sides; only one other apartment door on the landing. If you want, I can leave my two affectionate and playful Russian Blue cats (brothers, 3 years old, Benny and Gerry), along with food and litter for them; or put them elsewhere. My place is colorful with eclectic furniture and art works from around the world. There is a separate office space, with a large two-tier desk to put your laptop; and with lovely views of the outside. Lots of plants fill the apartment. The wooden dining table seats six persons. The kitchen is fully stocked, as I do gourmet cooking. Wall-to-wall carpets are in the living, dining and bed rooms. The living room features a comfortable red love-seat sofa (for two) and director chairs; and a door to the balcony. Ceiling fans are in the living and bed room. The large bedroom has a sturdy double air-mattress, a large clothes closet, and sliding doors to the balcony. Two plush white bath robes are available. The bathroom is large with a huge mirror and a larger-than-average bathtub with a long shower hose. The included auto is a Honda SUV (2008), which can be parked in my private garage, a short walk from the apartment.
