Our neighborhood is family-oriented and quiet; the house backs to open space with a bike path leading up to a pond, and other bike and walking paths nearby. Downtown is walking distance, and the city of Boulder is a 10-minute drive. The "local" ski area, Eldora, is a 45-minute drive, with larger ski areas within 2 hours. Rock climbing in Eldorado Canyon is a 15-minute drive, and many other local climbing and hiking areas are also close. With Denver a half hour away, multiple sightseeing, museums, cultural activities and the arts are always available. We would be happy to share our favorite sites for all activities, including day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park, Vail and other major ski areas, and local Boulder offerings.

Our house is conveniently located and a short walk away from many restaurants, bars, shops and parks. Boulder is 10 minutes away and is a major tourist destination for vacationers, skiers, bikers, climbers, triatheletes and outdoorsmen. The scenery is spectacular, the food and wine are great, and the activities (both indoor and outdoor) are plentiful.

  • Colorado Athletic Club at Flatirons (a favorite of local and visiting triathletes) is a 10-minute drive into Boulder.
  • Our house! We have a small outdoor climbing wall, as well as indoor fitness equipment including a rowing machine, free weights, a fit ball, and yoga mats and music. We also have a hot tub on the back deck.
