We have done more than 30 house-exchanges all over the world since we started 1991
.We love to explore new place and meet peoples and this way of travelling is a great oppurtunity . We have two grown-up kids ,Jonas and Lena . Both are married and we are proud grandmother and father of four grandchildren in age of 3,6,6,10yrs
.I was as buyer and product developer for HM company which got stores over the world. Lasse was a journalist at an economic magazine. We are today happy retired couple . We are open for short and longstay any time of the year.

Beskrivelse af vores byttebolig
We have many years of good experience in changing houses and love this way of travel.
We offer you our modern nice apartment close to Stockholm city We live in a quite area, no through-traffic, perfekt as well for kids. Underground and buses is just 5 minuters walk and takes by underground five minutes to the city
To the Central -station it takes 12 minutes.
We have a small centre with grocery-shop and some other shops four minutes walk from us. Also close are several nice restaurants, bars and bakery-shop. Surroundings exciting and vibrant in a positive manner. Our closest neighbour is Stockholm Academy Art College, with is situated in an old factory-bulilding. That was the birthplace of the worldwide Ericsson telephone company. They have now moved, and offices, restaurants, workshops, gym and schools have taken its place.
Close to us is a small wood, parks and fine playgrounds. In the area is also the lake Mälaren where you can swim, go hiking and fishing. Close is also the small lake Trekanten, perfect for children because the water reaches nice temperature early in the year.
Our modern nice apartment 78 sqm + 2 sunny balconies one in SE of 12sqm and second of 6sqm in W.
Big living-room combined with fullt equipped kitchen Two bedrooms one with kingsize bed 180cm and one sofa queen bed 160cm . Bathroom with wash-machine and tunnlar-dry .
We also have fast Wi-Fi,HBO and Netflix
We have a black VW Golf Estate, 2015 in good condition. In the building cross the street an indoor- garage.
Stockholm is a beautiful town and lots of sights to see.You have the whole archipelago to explore with 20.000 islands stretching almost to Finland The town got a medieval center . Sweden varies a lot from south to north especially the nature is total different.
We can also offer a second home in Vemdalen in the mountains 500km north from Stockholm The flat is 54 sqm with 3 bedrooms. Great for skiing in winter and hiking in summer.

Suburb, mainly built in1940:s, just outside the city centre. Very good communications, close to metro and buses. Shops for everything close to our home. A big shopping-centre, Liljeholmen, one kilometer away. There you also find an airport-bus to Arlanda. Many restaurants, coffe-shops and bars in the area. Nice park, Svandammsparken, with pool for children
Very close are playgrounds. In the area you also have lakes, perfect for swimming and fishing and nice area for walks.
Day trips by car or public transport can be made to small picturesque towns nearby as Uppsala,Sigtuna, Trosa, Strängnäs, Mariefred , Dalarö, Norrtälje. Visit Birka in Mälaren by steamboat.
