We have three children and like cooking and days out and holidays with our family and extended families. We love living in Derry and being close to everything we need as well as being in easy reach of the beach and countryside.

Beskrivelse af vores byttebolig
We live in a 4 bedroom detached dormer bungalow. We have recently completed substantial renovations downstairs including fitting a new kitchen, lounge and main bathroom. We have one double bedroom upstairs with ensuite and a twin bedroom. We also have another small double bedroom downstairs as well as a single room. Also downstairs is a warm living room.
We have three children who are 10, 6 and 5 and so are equipped with toys, books and bikes. We have a good sized back garden with climbing frame, barbecue and Tummock outdoor pizza oven.

We are in a quiet suburban residential area on the outskirts of Derry city which is just a 5 minute drive away. Walk about 5 minutes to the closest shop and 10 minutes to local park and playground. Very short drive to large Tesco.

Our house is close to Derry City with lots of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.
We are ideally located to access both Donegal and the North Coast for fantastic days out and within driving distance of excellent beaches in both directions. Derry City boasts one of the biggest Halloween festivals in Europe as well as the famous 400 year old Walls. There is plenty of shopping available both in the City Centre and the outskirts. We are a walk away from a playground with plenty of other excellent Council playgrounds within short drives away. There are lots of good restaurants, cafes and bars in the City as well as 2 cinemas and a Bowling Alley.
