Beskrivelse af vores byttebolig

Detached house in rural location.
Our home has the most amazing unrestricted panoramic views of the South Downs. It is located up a short tarmac drive off a minor country road.
On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen/dining room/sitting room with french windows to access a small patio in our large garden which is laid to grass with a large football goal for the active boys! There is a utility room where the washing machine/tumble drier are and the dogs and cats sleep. The games room is accessed through this, the games room has a single bed and mattress. There are two downstairs toilets.
On the first floor are 4 bedrooms: one with king sized double bed and ensuite shower room, a standard double bedroom, a twin room and a room with bunk beds. There is a large family bathroom with bath and shower.
On the second floor is a king sized double bed with ensuite shower room.

On the outskirts of the small village of Chiddingly. You can enjoy pectacular views of the South Downs. There are fantastic walks from the doorstep and two good pubs within walking distance. Brighton is only 16 miles and London only a train ride away.

From our house there are many footpaths without having to step foot on a road. Two pubs are within walking distance (approximately 1 mile and 2 miles). There are two fantastic cycle routes with easy access and a bridleway with fantastic, safe off road riding for children.

We would like you to leave the house as you find it. We have 2 cats which are content to live in the utility room if preferred but would need feeding. The chickens would need feeding also but on the positive side they do provide fabulous eggs for breakfast! We would welcome well behaved dogs that are used to cats but only downstairs. We have 2 dogs and 2 horses but would arrange alternative care for them.
