We are a 10 minute walk from Broughty Ferry centre which is a thriving small town with plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and independent shops. There is plenty to do both locally and within an hours drive. We are right beside public transport and 10 minutes from the local train station which will take you to Dundee and on to Edinburgh and Glasgow within 1 hour 30 minutes. We are 30 minutes from St Andrews, 15 minutes from Carnoustie and have some of the best golf courses in the world on our doorstep. The Angus glens are close by for lovely walks and if you want to climb a few Munros during your holiday.
