This was a brilliant exchange. Charlotte and Richard’s house is a beautiful, very large Georgian house, with 2 delightful garden areas. They were very welcoming and friendly in all communications. It’s walking distance to Barnstaple, along the river. We went to the North coast most days and enjoyed the diverse scenery and lovely beaches - it’s a beautiful area. We can highly recommend this exchange.

Nothing can describe the feeling you get when you open up the shutters and look over the valley, taking in the pool, gardens and expansive veranda. This is a place for relaxation with unending views all the way to the ocean along Costa del Sol or you can just enjoy the little geckos and constant beauty of the gardens. The home is fully fitted for a comfortable stay and Gaucin is a quick drive (or you can walk, if you're feeling energetic), with an excellent selection of restaurants and other amenities.
