MEMBERS SINCE 2014

Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom inner-city Wellington villa was completely re-built in 2011. The master bedroom and ensuite are upstairs and a guest bedroom/study is downstairs with separate main bathroom. The living/dining/kitchen area is open-space, large and airy with vaulted ceiling and french doors leading out to a small sheltered, sunny, courtyard. From there you can wander up the steps to the top garden terrace where you can sit and enjoy the early morning or late afternoon sun. Several cafes are a mere 10 minutes walk away.

We live in a quiet, friendly, cul-de-sac but our neighbourhood is alive and vibrant. We are five minutes walk from the nearest cafe, ten minutes to the best fresh food supermarket in town, and a 10 to 12 minute walk to funky Cuba Street with its quirky little shops and dozens of cafes. Also just a 15 minute walk away is Courtenay Place, Wellington's lively restaurant/cafe/bar/music/theatre district. The National Te Papa Museum and Wellington's fabulous waterfront are just another four or five minutes from there.

From our house you can walk to several cafes and restaurants and to the National Te Papa Museum and Wellington's fabulous waterfront. Or on a nice day have a swim in Oriental Bay. A 30 minute walk or 15 minute bus ride will take you to the main shopping and business area in downtown Wellington.

Hi there - our main "rule" is no smoking. Other than that we just want you to enjoy our home and Wellington in the best way possible. The plant care is not extensive - just some potted plants in the courtyard that would be grateful for a drink a couple of times a week in summer. And, of course, we would appreciate you leaving our home clean and tidy just as we will leave your home.
