Four minutes to town by car or 20-minute walk. Walk to beach down public access path from backyard. Many city walking trails. Vineyards nearby. Many attractions. Wi-Fi.

A path leads from our gate to the beach. We live 4 minutes from town by car. You can walk in 30 minutes. Bus stop just down the road, but a car is highly recommended because there is so much to do in our area: vineyards, cycling, hiking, sailing, museum, parks, events, etc.
