This beautiful apartment is completely renovated with refined finishes, boiserie, fixed furniture of the best Italian artisans, beautiful parquet floor. It is bright and peaceful.
It consists of a large living room with flat screen TV, 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 with twin beds). If necessary we can also provide a cot for children up to 4 years (FREE).
It has 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, a kitchen / living area, and a small study.
The kitchen provides everything you need for home cooking, including an oven, grill, microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and an inviting space available to enjoy meals together.
There is also a washing machine, an iron and a high-speed Wi-Fi connection available in all rooms.
There is air conditioning in all the rooms.
The apartment is also equipped with large balconies that run around the house equipped with table and chairs for relaxation.

Our apartment is located in one of the most beautiful residential areas of the city "La Balduina", a green oasis in the heart of Rome. Area really very quiet and elegant.
In the immediate vicinity we find the Congress Center of the Warldorf Astoria (formerly Rome Cavalieri Hilton), and the Nature Reserve of Monte Mario, the highest point of Rome, from which you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the city, especially from the place dubbed Belvedere "Zodiac". (From our apartment about 1 km, 15 minutes with a comfortable walk). At the foot of the hill in just over 15 minutes you can easily reach the area of the Foro Italico and the Olympic Stadium.
Within 200 meters of the apartment you will find Restaurants, Bars, Pubs, Supermarkets, Local Market, Tabaccai, Shops for shopping, Pharmacies, Banks, Post Office, Taxi Station.
