Quiet, flowery with a back door onto the Forest of Mont Boron. Magnificent view of the Bay of Nice. Our apartment is small but very attractive with parquet flooring and french doors leading onto our small private garden. We are close to Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Italy.

Our neighbourhood is extremely peaceful. You can walk out of our back gate up into the Forest of Mont Boron with its wonderful view over Villefranche and the Mediterranean. We have a very good and frequent bus service, both into Nice (8 minutes ride to the Centre) or to Monaco (40 minutes by bus). Transport is extremely inexpensive, both for the trams and buses. On the same bus ticket you can also transfer to visit Cannes, Antibes, Menton and the small villages behind Nice.

From our apartment you can walk to the supermarket/chemist/dry cleaner/hairdresser and very good inexpensive pizza restaurant - all just 5 minutes walk away. There are endless opportunities to explore our glorious area of the South of France. 10 minutes away is the Rothschild home and rose gardens, Villa Kerylos and the charming villages of Villefranche-sur-Mer, Eze, St. Jean Cap Ferrat and many more. Nice has some excellent art museums - our favourite is the Chagal Museum which is housed in a lovely villa and specializes in his biblical period. Most museums are free on the first Sunday of each month. Our local beach is 15 minutes walk away.
