Ours is a fully renovated character home on the Central East side of Vancouver with a view of the mountains. We are close to most everything. 15 minutes to downtown and Stanley Park. 20 minutes to the western beaches. 20 minutes to the North Shore Mountains. We have two full bedrooms upstairs and a TV room / Bedroom on the main floor. There is a large comfortable living room and dining room. We have a beautiful sunny kitchen with a step out onto a raised patio.... a full garden backyard with patio below. Our modern tiled bathroom was just fully renovated last year. We have a Labradoodle Murphy but he does not have to stay here. There are restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries at the end of our street with dozens of other options within a five minute walk. There is a bus stop at the end of our block that runs 24 hours. Vancouver is quite a walk-able city but a car exchange is possible.
