Quiet building, friendly neighbours and a good base to explore Regina and other points in western Canada. Regina is home and training depot of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and of the much loved Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League.

Getting around Regina is a breeze, 10 minute drive to the large downtown Farmer's Market held on Saturdays or to the brand new Mosaic Stadium, home of the Saskatchewan Roughriders, the CFL's best fans in the league. Victoria Park in downtown Regina hosts a numerous events , including the Regina Folk Festival now in its 48th year.
