Welcome to Vancouver Island! Our spacious home rests on .5 acre on the beautiful Saanich peninsula in a quiet residential neighbourhood next-door to Dominion Brook Park. Bus service is 2 blocks away as is the local recreation centre that has 2 ice rinks, a pool and a weight room. The airport is 5 min. away, the ferry terminal to the gulf islands and Vancouver is 10 min away. You can walk to downtown Sidney (population 11,583)which will take you about 30 min. or it's 5 min away by car. The capital of our province, Victoria (population 345,000), is 25 min away. Our home overlooks the Gulf Islands and the Salish Sea and we are a short distance from the world famous Butchart Gardens. Come stay in our home and explore all that our large island (population 760,000; 32,130 km squared) has to offer.
