My 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom lake and mountain-view townhouse is in a quiet, but friendly neighbourhood within walking and cycling distance of shops, restaurants, wineries, bakeries and good hiking trails. The island offers many attractions: galleries, theatres, wineries, brew-pubs, coffee houses; opportunities to visit other small islands; the West Coast (Long Beach) with its long sandy beaches and wild winter storms; the capital city, Victoria, is approximately an hour's drive away; a scenic ferry ride can see you in Vancouver in under two hours. Or, you may prefer to relax in my quiet, pet-free home, listening to music, reading in the small library, or sitting on the deck and watching the sun set over the mountain.
