We appreciated that our family of five plus baby were so perfectly accommodated for and we quickly felt very much at home. Jan and Steve were so easy to communicate with to make our arrangements to visit their part of the world, and it was obvious that they made efforts above and beyond to make us so welcome to their home. It was cold and snowing, very different to what us folks from tropical Australia were used to, but their home is large, warm and comfortable providing every facility we needed. Our family enjoyed sitting at their kitchen table looking out at the vista of snow and watching the Jaybirds and squirrels run around. Our sojourn to beautiful Canmore and Banff in -26 degrees also provided quite a unique and unforgettable experience for us all.
