Townhouse with big garden facing south, 2km away from the city centre of the historical town Mechelen. We're well located as we're only 20 km away from Brussels and 20 km away from Antwerp. Ghent takes 55 km and Bruges 90 km. The house has 3 flours. In the ground floor you find a spacious open and bright room which includes living room, playroom and kitchen. From the living room, you have a look on the back garden which makes you feel like being in nature;-). Our kitchen has a lot of room as you will notice. We like to cook, so we need enough place. From the kitchen you have a look on the front garden and the street. The first floor exists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, one parent room with baby bed, one children's room and one . And in the second floor there are another 2 bedrooms that cannot be used yet (as we need to paint and decorate them). The garden is a very quiet place, with a nice lawn and lots of plants and flowers. There is a big trampoline, sandpit and some little swimming pool for the smallest. And of course there are garden table and chairs (umbrella and so on) to make you relax in the sun. The house is ideal for families with children as our 2 children (one 4 years old and one 6 months old) are having a lot of toys. Also we have all the baby equipment you need:-). We're having a cleaning lady. So there can be no worries about tidiness and cleanness during your holidays;-).

Our house is maybe not a large villa with luxuary, but for being close to a city and in between Antwerp and Brussels, it's quite a big house for Belgian standards. Also the garden is quite big compared to other city houses in Belgium. So we're lucky with this house;-). The house is situated in a very calm street and the neighbours are very quiet and friendly people. The house is equipped with everything you need. As said before the second floor we still need to paint and decorate the 2 rooms. So these rooms cannot be used yet, but everything is clean and finished (not in a ruin state).
