Sitting 0.5klm from edge of town, we are in a rural location with great views over the valley and Singleton. We are on 2 acres of land which includes a large shed and granny flat, occupied by family members. They are no closer than normal neighbours and can come in useful when you have questions about the off grid electricity and generator (which they maintain). We are closer to the main amenities of town than some of those in the suburbs of Singleton.

It is important for us to find our house neat and tidy when we return. We are on town water, but off grid solar for electricity, with back up generator. We also have tenants living in the large shed beside the house, but they can be very helpful when it comes to any issues.
