Always seeking 3 month long term exchange warm climate mid May to mid August 2017 or 3 x 1 month stays for our Pottsville Beach townhouse non-simultaneous. Two senior travelers.

Sunny North facing deck..1 minute walk to surf beach or fantastic still water creek. 2 minute walk to village. 25 minutes from Gold Coast airport airport.

Pottsville Beach NSW pop around 3,700. TEMPERATURES approximately: SUMMER 18-29 degrees c and WINTER 10-22 degrees c.
25 minutes from Gold Coast airport.
1 min walk to uncrowded white sand beach also swimming fun in our beautiful tidal creek. Hire a paddle board.
2 mins walk village shops, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, bottle shop, lawn bowls club with bar and restaurant, poker machines and entertainment and also a bar bistro within walking distance. Local hourly bus stop to other villages 1min walk.
There are also renowned multicultural dining experiences all within 15 minutes drive featuring modern Australian cuisine, Thai, Italian, Japanese, French and of-course our beach food bars.

We do not wish to drive due to health reasons so public transport within walking distance would be great.
