Mostly retired form our Building Company. Have been home linking since 2013 and have had 12 exchanges. And have loved them all.
We live on a 5 acre property in the Swan Valley about 1.5 hours from Mandurah. We have Chickens, Ducks, an assortment of fruit trees. many roses and a sustainable vegetable garden. This keeps me very busy, but its a labour of love. I enjoy fishing, love travelling . Home link has been very good to us and we have met some wonderful people. Bev loves the Gym, reading and the Henley brook lifestyle. We both enjoy making jams and preserve form our excess produce.
We have 3 grown up sons and 1 grandson.
Life has been good to us.
We have a self contained accommodation at Henley Brook you are welcome to use and share Henley Brook and the Swan valley.

WE ARE OPEN TO ALL OFFERS NOW AND IN THE FUTURE.
Our holiday home(second home) is a modern apartment, second floor (with lift access) in the Mandurah Marina Perth Western Australia.
It is fully furnished with every extra. Flat screen TV, DVD, WIFI internet. There is only three apartments in the complex.
The apartment is well located in the Marina with great views of the waterways.
There is master bedroom with ensuite.
Second bedroom with ensuite.
Powder room.
Living room.
Reading room
Secure Parking.
The kitchen and alfresco are fully equipped.
You can walk to most cafes , restaurant's , food markets and bakeries. Depending on the season there is Kayaking, fishing, crabbing, site seeing and boating.
There are safe beaches in both directions for swimming, walking, sunbaking or just enjoying.
We do not rent our apartment. We use it ourselves and for the enjoyment of fellow home linkers
Please come and enjoy.
This is a great place to sit back and relax.

Mandurah is a quite seaside resort, but only 45 minutes by train to Perth city. There is Bus transport (only 10 minutes from the apartment) to the train station. No need to stay in Perth just day trip in, there is good free public transport to get you all around the city of Perth. The apartment is in the Marina complex
The estuary system around Mandurah will delight any any nature lover. My easy to use kayak is available for use. We also have bicycles available to use. There are good cycle paths. Beautiful beaches are within a leisurely walk of 10 minutes..
Restaurant's, cafes,shopping and markets are only a 10 minute walk. The main shopping forum is a 10 minute drive.
Mandurah is a place to sit back and enjoy. Everything you want is within a 10 minute walk.

Our apartment is surrounded by the estuary and waterways. The Mandurah Peel inlet is alive with bird life. There are some great walking and bike paths around the water ways.The beautiful Indian ocean is at you door step.
All cafes, restaurant's bakeries and markets are within 10 minutes walking . Movies and theatre are walking distance. You can stay at Mandurah and not require a car.
But a car will allow you to explore our beautiful South west region. There are many simple drive days trips available from Mandurah.
Easy regular public transport (Train)to Perth. Day trip into Perth and be back at Mandurah to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunset
