Apartment is in a period waterfront building called The Mayfair, built in 1932. There is a waterfront garden, BBQ , lawn area (common property) with magnificent views across Sydney Harbour. The building is located a few minutes walk from Kirribilli Wharf, there is a Café on the Wharf. The apartment has open plan kitchen/dining room, one bedroom, a sitting room with a view of the harbour. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath/shower and laundry facilities. The apartment is one floor down from the entrance foyer with lift access. The building and common areas are all non-smoking. Apartment is suitable for a couple, two singles can be accommodated, unfortunately families cannot be accommodated.

The building is residential, we all treasure its peace and quiet. Consideration for keeping noise to a minimum in the apartment and corridors is greatly appreciated. The building and common areas are all non smoking. We thank you for watering the plants occasionally.
