Quiet, private, peaceful and beautiful.
Sit on the verandah and enjoy our spacious and comfortable home on 2 acres with 100m absolute river frontage. We have beautiful and peaceful views of the river and hills from every living and bedroom yet we are able to walk to rail, bus, shops, and Ipswich, the heritage city of Queensland.
Ipswich is about 35 minutes drive to Brisbane, one hours drive to the Gold Coast, 1.5 hours to the Sunshine Coast and an hours drive to Toowoomba in country Queensland.
Our home is a non-smoking one with all modern conveniences and wifi. The main bedroom has two long single beds plus there is a queen size bed, a double and a single beds plus there is a sofa bed in the living room.
We would be able to swap a 2007 Peugeot HDI and/or 2011 Nissan X-trail.
We are looking for exchanges between July and October in 2016 in North America and in Europe.

Booval Fair shopping centre and the Ipswich CBD are both only about 5 minutes drive away. It is a short drive to the country and about 40 minutes drive to Brisbane, an hour to Toowoomba, 1 hour 15 minutes to the Gold Coast and 1 hour 30 minutes to the Sunshine Coast. The lower end of the Great Barrier Reef is about 4 hours drive away. We are in a great position from which to explore SE Queensland.
