We are looking for an exchange to the UK for mid-April to mid-May 2023. Our car is available for your use, but we do not necessarily need one for the UK. We have a modern spacious 4-bedroom home in Cleveland, a convenient location to visit numerous interesting places; a picturesque coastal town that will allow you to make the most of your stay in Queensland - the Sunshine State.
We are experienced exchangers that have recently returned to our regular trips to the UK.
Cleveland, a small town with a population of 15,000, is the historic suburb of Brisbane and has on its door-step the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, the Moreton Bay Islands and all that Queensland has to offer e.g., rain-forests, beaches, national parks and interesting native wildlife.
Cleveland is the location for ferries to local islands that offer popular dolphin and whale watching.
Cleveland offers both rural as well as coastal attractions.
Our modern home includes: secluded garden (that will be professionally maintained); double garage; BBQ and under-cover outdoor entertaining area; air conditioning throughout, TV room, study (with computer/Internet).
Airport within 45 minutes for access to domestic and international flights. Use of our Nissan X-trail 4-wheel drive car.

Cleveland is a quiet town ideally located for travelling to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, numerous islands, or further afield by train, road or air. Local beaches are just minutes away; as are a range of shops, train station, medical services, theatre, cinema; with Brisbane airport approximately 45 minutes by road or train/bus.

From our house it is a short walk to beaches, cafes, shops, busses and local amenities. Train station is 10 mins by car. Brisbane airport is 50 minutes by car or train. Larger shopping malls are approximately 30 minutes by car. Our location has plenty of attractions nearby that are ideal for cycling and walking around. Our ideal weather allows for a relaxing trip wherever you go.
