Our modern, 3 double bedroom, 2 storey townhouse is located in a quiet treed cul-de- sac. The home has all modern amenities and, we believe, tastefully decorated with both modern and antique furniture.
The house has heating/air conditioning, a reticulated watering system and the garden takes care of itself! There is secure underground car park.
You can enjoy a restful patio and a Webber BBQ.
Cleaning can be arranged.

The Townhouse is located just 400m from the beach and is an easy four minute walk to the metropolitan train station. Trains run every seven minutes during peak times with the trip into the city of Melbourne taking just 22 minutes.

Within 500m is the local supermarket, chemist, coffee shops and newsagent and we are 5 mins by car from two of Melbourne's best shopping areas. There are many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and two cinemas in the local area.
