We are situated in a quite neighbourhood with a 1 kilometre walk to the beach. Our home is 35 minutes from the International airport. Our beach is non surf but is manned by lifesavers in the summer months. There is a lagoon that is very popular for all year swimming. .There are grocery, chemists, alcohol shop and bakery under a 1 kilometre away with bus transport around the Redcliffe peninsular two streets away.We have a good selection of restaurants to meet most peoples tastes along our beach front. There is a train station to take you into the Brisbane CBD where our major museums and art galleries are situated or to the Gold Coast. North Lakes shopping centre 20 minutes drive away which has all the major retailers including Ikea plus the latest in Cinemas and diverse restaurants. You can go Whale watching from here during the winter months or dolphin cruises and snorkeling are available on Moreton Island all year round. Come and enjoy our beautiful mild winter in South East Queensland. Temperatures range from 12 degrees Celsius to 22 degrees in the day with low humidity. Very little rain in our winters with wonderful blue skies.
