A beautiful, bright flat in the 16th district of Vienna, near to the centre (15 min with the bus) and grocery shops (3 min walking). The flat is located on the fourth floor without lift. The house is a historical building, typical for the Viennese architechture. The flat is "lived down" (worn out parquet floor, old windows and doors, old kitchen), but very cozy and bright. There is a pappel tree in front of the window, and a square in front of the house, so you have a nice view, and sometimes you can enjoy beautiful sunsets right from the living room.
There is a big kitchen, a living room, a bed room, a small chamber (used as storeroom), a bathroom and a toilet. The rooms are arranged in such a way that you can go a circle.
