114 sqm, 4 rooms, 2 bedrooms. Towards west with sun all day, which you can enjoy on the 45 sqm balcony / terrace (where you can use my gas grill). Our nice and cosy flat has of one master bedroom and one child room. The children's room is fully equipped with changing table and suitable toys for 1 to 3 year old children. Up to two adults can sleep on the couch in the living room.

Steinach is a nice village between Innsbruck (the capital of Tyrol) and Italy. Innsbruck is about 20 min away, by car or by train. The train station is 500 meters away from our apartment, you have a train to Innsbruck every 30 minutes. Steinach has about 3500 residents and provides a very well infrastructure: 3 supermarkets, 2 bread shops, doctors, cafes, bars, hairdresser etc. You are able to reach everything by foot easily.

Steinach is your origin for several activities:
- Biking, you could rent them in town
- Skiing and Downhill in the Bergeralm Ski Resort (www.bergeralm.net)
