we are a mid age family with little twins.
I grew up in this house of my grandparents. now its used for rent and exchange.
we love the calm area and enjoy time with our children.
i studied interior design and love to work with wood. my wife studied PR and is specialized in tourism.
we like clean houses wich are not filled up to the roof with furniture and decoration. as we rent our apartments we know to take care of others.
my mom has a little apartment in the house and takes with her big heart care of it and its guests.

Our apartment is located in the very beautiful wellness and outstanding health region of Styria/Austria. The original village Bad Waltersdorf is a licensed recreation area. You will find a big Golf resort, traditional food, BIO food and the wounderful historic countryside of southeast Austria.
Have you ever heard of the famous "Heuriger", the "Wiener Schnitzel"? Here you will meet the locals.
2 - 10 persons in up to 3 Appartements are possible.
Smaler Skiingresorts are reachable within 1 hour by car.

you live side by side with locals. Only a couple of minutes away from the center with its markets.
a litte bit up the hill with a nice few around the countryside. take a walk to a typical "Heurigen", get the famous Styria baked chicken or enjoy a spanish tapas bar in the middle of the austrian vineyards. Styria is international knows for its wine and food.
