Guests 12+ years of age are welcome to play and seek comfort at our modest smoke-free and cat-free home with central air and large backyard with Big Green Egg, fruit trees and 6' privacy fence.

Our single family home is approx 1,800sf (167m2) and you're sure to enjoy its split bedroom plan with extra privacy! The Master offers a king size Casper bed, 47" HDTV with PS4 & AmazonTV, walk-in closet and newly renovated (May 2017) en suite.

Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with HDTV & PS3. Studio 211 (bedroom #3) has a twin bed with HDTV & Xbox 360, along with a variety of string and percussion instruments.

The shared guest bath received a complete overhaul, a gorgeous modernization (Feb 2017), the kitchen underwent a full remodel (July 2017) and the property has reliable WiFi throughout.

Our mature late-30s male renter, who works full-time in the operating room and remains there, on-call, on weekends, occupies the garage conversion. The two doors between his room & the main living space offer added privacy and he has his own entrance & exit but is happy to help with suggestions, directions, etc., as needed.
