We had a wonderful stay in Sarasota-the taxi driver really helped us finding the right house. Beautiful, big and with a large swimming pool which we used very frequently- interesting how the sky changed in the afternoon very quickly, releasing loads of water and then clearing up again. We saw beautiful Beaches, museums like the Ringling Museum of Art, the Dali museum. Later we went on to Miami, which was great too!

* As always watching government restrictions, but my house is available for exchanges with other fully vaccinated people. I am also available for pet care (ex-animal health technician). ** I have been exchanging since 2009. I love traveling and all the wonderful people I have met through Homelink. I will treat your home like I do my own. Newly renovated home.(Nov 2022). I can trade at the same time or not, almost anytime except January-March.

My home is set up for comfort and convenience. It is professionally maintained and totally equipped. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, staples and modern appliances. All you need to bring is your bathing suit and flips/thongs!

Sarasota is so much fun to visit! There is a wide variety of things to do, shopping is close by (outlet malls and upscale boutiques), nature walks through Park Preserves or along State Beaches, golf (many public and private courses), theater, museums, white sand beaches, plus deep sea or shore fishing.

The house is on a cul de sac in a golfing community. There is a lovely community pool that residents gather at most afternoons. It is a 20-30 minute drive to many beaches. There is shopping that is fairly close, but you still need a car.

The #1 rated beach in the USA is a 25 minute drive away as are many other beaches. Orlando with Disney and Universal are 90 minutes away and able to to be visited as a day trip. There are also numerous state parks and wildlife areas nearby. If you like art and theater, we have that too!
