We are hoping to exchange in the Gold Coast / North NSW Area from one week up to a couple of months if suitable. We have exchanged in the Gold Coast in 2017 and the Sunshine Coast in 2022.
Myself and my husband Graham are both retired from Social Services and now let properties as well as this gorgeous wee holiday cottage. We have 4 adult children; the youngest now 25 has just returned from a year in Australia. Our daughter lives nearby and our two oldest boys live on the Gold Coast and work in Caring Professions.
My daughter Tara wants to spend time in Spain in July 2023 for her friends wedding. She hopes to stay in Costa Brava/ Girona area for the month of July 2023 as she has holidays from her mental health nursing degree.

. Quaint and cosy traditional Seaside Cottage set in a mature garden. Original features and open fireplace. Tastefully decorated with period furniture and Art work. It has three bedrooms. One double and two singles. Just 150 yards from the Royal Portrush Golf Course. Amen Corner is rated a Four star property by Tourism Northern Ireland. The house is cheery, and full of character. Back garden is the perfect sheltered suntrap.
Spectacular coastal drives along the North Coast of Ireland with lots of nooks and crannies to investigate. The world famous Giants Causeway and Carrick - a - Rede Rope Bridge are 15 minutes away . Belfast is an hour away as is the walled city of Derry. Donegal is also just an hour.

Portrush is a small town of on the North Coast of Ireland.The cottage is on an accessible corner location in a quiet residential area. East Strand a beautiful long sandy beach is nearby. Portrush is built on a peninsula with beaches on both sides. It is a holiday town and consequently has a good range of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.There are weekly traditional music sessions in Portrush and the neighbouring town of Portstewart. Royal Portrush Golf Club is close by and there are another 5 links courses in the local area. There are other attractive towns along the spectacular North Coast of Ireland. The Giants Causeway is nearby and many sites which featured in the television series The Game of
Thrones.
