Christine is an extraordinary host and her apartment is lovely, beautifully furnished, sunny and comfortable. It is truly in the heart of Nice, a short tram ride or easy walk to the most popular tourist spots. It's in a peaceful neighborhood, with excellent local shops and even a true farmers' market. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed both the accommodations and meeting the thoughtful host. (Her suggestions for dining and sightseeing and basic logistics were great as well.)

Wir haben die Zeit in der Wohnung und in diesem herrlich lebendigen Stadtteil sehr genossen. Der tägliche Markt in unmittelbarer Nähe und die vielen kleinen Versorgungsläden fanden wir toll. Die Tipps für Restaurants haben wir gern genutzt und wir konnten uns mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell und günstig in Nizza und der wunderschönen Umgebung bewegen. Christine hat uns sehr herzlich mit kleinen Köstlichkeiten empfangen und uns ihre Umgebung gezeigt, bevor sie die Wohnung verlassen hat. Wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl und die Region Nizza ist einfach eine Reise wert.

We loved this exchange with Christine in the middle of Nice very near to the centre. A lovely decorated quiet very comfortable appartment - we didn´t miss anything. Christine gave us a very warm welcome - we enjoyed the meal she prepared for us and of course her company. We had booked a place for our car in a parking lot 5 minutes from her home. We loved to explore the surrounding - wonderful museums - even swam in the sea and made a lot of excursions. There is so much to see . The local public transport is excellent and cheap - we won´t bring our car next time when we exchange again - probably in 2023. We liked the exchange of news about how much we liked our exchange places. Thank you Chrstine for a wonderful time in your home.

The charm of the old with beautiful solid oak parquet and a high ceiling but it is as new. It is luminous with south orientation .it is on second floor without lift. The decoration is neat with antiques and contemporary works of art. The building is elegant and is very good state. It is in one of the research areas of Nice in the heart of great vegetable market « Liberation ». Very closed to the apartment there are bus and tram.
