We have a large comfortable house, with superb views over Braidburn Valley park in exclusive Morningside, on the south side of the city centre. The house is bright, well equipped and spacious, many paintings, with central heating, TVs, DVDs, computer, WI-FI, hi-fi systems with extensive music collections, dishwasher, jacuzzi bath. There are 3 toilets and 2 bath / shower rooms. Large back garden with summer house, small front garden with car parking for 2 cars
The ground floor has a large kitchen/ sitting /dining room with magnificent views, sun deck, lounge, utility room with freezer and washer/dryer, study/games room with snooker table, master bedroom with full ensuite (toilet, and separate shower and whirlpool bath). The second floor has a double bedroom, a bath/shower room and a separate toilet.

This property overlooks the Braidburn Valley Park and benefits from extensive views over Edinburgh and the local hills. Morningside has a wide range of upmarket shops (Waitrose), restaurants and pubs. It has easy access to the centre of Edinburgh and Edinburgh City Bypass providing a good connection to the motorway network, and 20 minutes drive from Airport.

It is well located for exploring Scotland's many attractions. The house comes well equipped with local maps for touring and mountaineering. We have bikes available for use, along with golf clubs, and tennis gear. There is plenty of excellent cosmopolitan restaurants and shopping within Morningside as well as Edinburgh. Edinburgh airport is 20 minutes away.
