Right now, we are looking for an exchange for Spring, 2024 from mid-May to June for 3 to 4 weeks in the New York area. We are open to exchanges elsewhere in the summer and fall.

We are offering part of our home, a newly built one bedroom unit with large French windows that open to a quiet, sunny patio and garden. The house is spacious and has a flood of natural light throughout. Downstairs, there is a bedroom with a large sitting area, a bathroom and two desks for work. Upstairs, the kitchen opens out to a wrap-around deck which is a perfect spot to take your morning coffee or afternoon tea. The kitchen is equipped with new modern appliances, convention ovens and a large countertop with highchairs and a breakfast nook. There is a large living-room and a formal dinning room adjacent to the kitchen. The place is very comfortable for a couple, and a maximum of one additional family member.

The garden is meditative and serene with drought-resistant, native Californian plants and a lemon tree and herbs.

Our home is centrally located about four miles from downtown, and is a 5-minute walk from the two important museums - the Academy of Sciences and the De Young museum within the famous Golden Gate Park. We are also about a ten minute drive to Ocean Beach for the sunset gazer in you!

There is a large variety of dining and take-out restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk as well as bakeries, wine bars and small and fun boutiques with local merchandise. The farmer market is on every Sunday for fresh and organic produce and off-the-grid dinning experience.
