This is the oldest neighborhood in Santa Rosa with a variety of architectural styles and many large trees. It is an easy and pleasant 15 minute walk to the center of downtown. We are two blocks to the local Junior College campus. We are located in the heart of Sonoma wine country, with over 400 wineries, and close to Napa wineries as well. There are many brew pubs, including the famous Russian River
Brewery. The area is well known for “farm to table” restaurants and fine dining in general. We are about an hour from San Francisco, and about 40 minutes from the coast. There are many parks with hiking trails in the area, including some with redwoods. The area is also a well known bicycling destination.
