The house is very centrally located in Münster. All stores for daily needs are within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity are parks, running tracks, cycling and hiking trails,playgrounds . By bike you are in 10 minutes in the city center or on the famous promenade that is a green bike path ( 6 km) around the city center. Just as fast you can reach the cathedral, the castle, the botanical garden , Museums, Restaurants Or the Aasee ( a lake in the city center).

Our house is 150 sqm, very comfy and modern and has a basement with washing machine , dryer and a music room. On the ground floor is the open living and dining area and a modern kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven, steamer, coffee machine , sodastream and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped. You find all what you need. There is also a small bathroom on the first floor.

On the second floor there is a bathroom with shower, as well as two bedrooms. One bedroom is used as a study. There is wifi in the whole house. From the study you can access a 30 sqm roof terrace. The attic consists of a 35 sqm room , currently the room of our 15 year old son with Double bed (140x200) desk and separate dressing room. In the whole house there is real wood parquet and underfloor heating. We have many white built-in wardrobes. The house is about 4 years old.

The garden is small but equipped with barbecue, lawn area , dining area, sofa and some bushes to feel comfortable. In front of the house is also a place with bench to sit and a bike box. In the morning you can isst there the sun to drink the first coffee. In the garden you find the sun at lunch time till in the evening.

Our bicycles are at your disposal. Münster is a bicycle city and everyone rides a bike. Everything in the house is welcome to use. There is also a car at your disposal. This would require separate agreement, the insurance policy would then have to be adjusted.
