We loved our stay in Liz and Hugo's Cambridge home - clean, light-filled, comfortable and with a pretty rear garden. Hugo was there to welcome us on arrival at the railway station and Liz prepared a light lunch for all before their departure. Their home is within walking distance of Cambridge city centre creating easy access to its attractions and cultural events. We were able to fully relax in their home while exploring Cambridge and several National Trust properties just a little further afield in Cambridgeshire. Our home exchange in Cambridge was certainly a highlight of our recent European holiday.

Liz and Hugo's house is perfect in every way and even nicer than the pictures show. It is full of light and equipped with everything we needed. Also really comfortable and with a pretty and (for us) very sunny garden. Very easily accessed from the motorway, it is also very convenient with an easy level walk into Cambridge (passing a play park which was ideal), and a stroll the other way to Grantchester and its great pubs, across the meadows. Newham must be the perfect location. A well stocked local delicatessen and bakery made shopping a breeze. We look forward to visiting again very soon. We couldn't be happier with our home stay in Cambridge. A warm welcome on arrival with Liz and Hugo, an excellent location to stroll across the park into the city to enjoy all that Cambridge has to offer. A comfortable home with everything we needed looking out onto a colourful English courtyard garden. A pub just around the corner and mini market, bakery and butcher just a stones throw away.

Our Cambridge stay was everything and more than we hoped for. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming. The property was charming and very comfortable. The location was perfect, an attractive area, surrounded by 'green', and only a short walk to all that the beautiful city of Cambridge offers.Thanks Hugo and Liz for a lovely stay.
