Somos una familia con mellizos de 12 años. Nos encanta hacer deporte,la piscina, la playa, andar en bici , viajar y descubrir lugares nuevos.
We are a family with 12 year old twins. We love to do sports, the pool, the beach, ride a bike, travel and discover new places.

Beskrivelse af vores byttebolig
Piso de tres dormitorios dos baños, salón y cocina en el barrio de Iturrama (Pamplona). Cuenta además con un pequeño balcón donde disfrutar de un buen café o aperitivo. Luz a raudales por ser piso exterior y en altura con orientación sur y este. El piso está ubicado a dos pasos del pulmón verde Pamplona (vuelta del castillo y ciudadela donde puedes hacer running), siendo perfecto para conocer la ciudad a pie. Ideal para familias con dos (o tres) hijos.
Dispone de garaje en el propio edificio por lo que si vienes con coche podrás aparcar sin pagar la zona azul de aparcamiento regulada y conocer desde aquí toda Navarra y alrededores.
Apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen in the Iturrama neighborhood (Pamplona). It also has a small balcony where you can enjoy a good coffee or snack. Light in abundance due to floor height and south and east orientation. The apartment is located two steps from the Pamplona green lung (around the castle and citadel where you can run, walk or play with the children) being perfect for getting to know the city on foot. Ideal for families with two (or three) children.
It has a garage in the building itself, so if you come by car you can park without paying in the blue regulated parking zone and get to know all of Navarra and its surroundings from here.

El barrio de Iturrama es una zona tranquila con todo tipo de servicios como supermercados, comercio, hostelería, parques infantiles, farmacias, centro de salud, biblioteca, zonas verdes, etc. y se encuentra a un paseo (10 minutos a pie) del corazón de la ciudad. Probablemente prefieras caminar ya que Pamplona es una ciudad muy adecuada para los peatones pero si no es así el bus urbano te deja 100 m de casa y enfrente el portal dispones de una estación de bicicletas de alquiler público.
Pamplona está a una hora en autobús de San Sebastián sus playas y gastronomía de primer orden mundial. La estación de autobuses está a 5 minutos andando, por lo que puedes hacer muchas excursiones durante el día.
Navarra ofrece tradición, cultura y naturaleza desde el desierto de la bardena en la ribera hasta el mayor hayedo de Europa en los Pirineos y todo a una hora de conducción.
The Iturrama neighborhood is a quiet area with all kinds of services such as supermarkets, shops, hotels, playgrounds, pharmacies, a health center, a library, green areas, etc. and is just a short walk (10 minute walk) from the heart of the city. You probably prefer to walk since Pamplona is a very suitable city for pedestrians, but if this is not the case, the urban bus leaves you 100 m from home and in front of the portal there is a public bicycle rental station.
Pamplona is an hour by bus from San Sebastián, its beaches and world-class gastronomy. The bus station is a 5-minute walk away, so you can do many excursions during the day.
Navarra offers tradition, culture and nature from the bardena desert on the riverbank to the largest beech forest in Europe in the Pyrenees, all within an hour's drive.

Desde nuestra casa, se puede ir en un agradable paseo de 10 minutos al centro de la ciudad, ir de tiendas y disfrutar de la gastronomia tomandote un pincho en la famosa calle estafeta. Ver el recorrido del encierro de los San Fermines. En la ciudadela hay muchas actividades culturales, exposiciones y conciertos.
Pamplona es una ciudad mundialmente conocida por sus fiestas de San Fermin. Hay muchas fiestas por todos los pueblos de navarra, donde tu puedes conocer como es un encierro con toros.
Además el Camino de Santiago cruza Navarra, por lo que hay peregrinos de todas las nacionalidades.
Navarra es una región muy diversa, desde los montes pirineos en el norte hasta el desierto de las Bardenas del Sur.
Hacia el Sur a una hora, está La rioja la mejor region de viñedos de España y a hacia el norte a una hora está la bonita ciudad de San Sebastian con muchas playas.
Si te interesan los deportes de aventura y con niños, hay muchas rutas para hacer en bici en las Bardenas, Irisarriland y Sendaviva y un montón de piscinas con toboganes.
Queremos disfrutar de un intercambio de vivienda recíproco en el que respetaremos y cuidaremos al máximo tu casa y esperamos que hagas lo mismo con la nuestra.

Pamplona is a city known worldwide for its San Fermin festivities. There are many festivals in all the towns of Navarre, where you can learn what a running of the bulls is like.
In addition, the Camino de Santiago crosses Navarra, so there are pilgrims of all nationalities.
Navarra is a very diverse region, from the Pyrenees mountains in the north to the desert of the Bardenas del Sur.
To the south, one hour away, is La Rioja, the best wine region in Spain, and to the north, one hour away, is the beautiful city of San Sebastian with many beaches.
From our house, you can go on a pleasant 10-minute walk to the city center, go shopping and enjoy the gastronomy having a pincho on the famous Estafeta street. See the route of the running of the bulls of the San Fermines. In the Ciudadela there are many cultural activities, exhibitions and concerts.
If you are interested in adventure sports and with children, there are many routes to do by bike in the Bardenas, Irisarriland and Sendaviva and lots of pools with slides.
