We had a wonderful holiday in Spijk. The house on the dike is very confortable and particular and invites to relax. We had very good and sunny weather. therfore we often could use the big and cosy patio. The surroundings with the dike and Rhine are beautiful and ideal for bikers. We went to Arnhem twice, for shopping, the Müller-Kroeller Museum (great exposition of van Gogh) and for the Burgers`zoo which is really interesting with big space for the animals. We also liked Nijmegen, the next city we visited, with many cafes and restaurants outside near the Rhine. We also can recommend "Cafe im Gärtchen" in Keeken on the other side of the Rhine. Your hospitality was great and we love the special ONTBIJTKOEK from your area to. We loved to see the panorama in Lopik and to walk to Emmerich over the dyke.
