A very beautiful and peaceful place to be. We are 40 min drive from the Nelson Airport. If needed rental cars are available at the airport.
Auckland , Christchurch or Wellington are nearest international airports for overseas flights coming in .

The beach area ( a five minute walk) where my home is is very beautiful with lovely walks in the area, two restaurants with bars and diary nearby.
Climate is fabulous for 9 months of the year - May, June and July being the coldest months. There are music concerts in summer at vineyards and arts festival in October.

Tasman National Park - very beautiful walking ,beaches and hiking. Nelson Wearable Art and Vintage car museum, Vinyards and restaurants to visit, Road biking and mountain bike tracks, catamaran yacht hire and water taxis availableto go into the Tasman national park for lunch at Awaroa lodge or Totranui, trout fishing guides for Riwaka River, a sculpture garden and galleries/artists to visit. Beautiful Lake Rotoiti in Saint Arnaud to visit. Windmill centre museums and shops in Nelson. Nelson Music School concerts, Pottery and fruit growers in the area. Movie theatres and pubs in Nelson, Motueka and Kaiteriteri. Plenty of Culture and the arts for visiting in Nelson. The Marlborough Sounds can drive to , and Blenheim a two hour drive away has aircraft museums and is known for its white wines.
