Ronda and Larry are a very active mature couple. They travel frequently and enjoy epicurean lifestyle. They are particularly fond of city and seaside swaps, exercise, yoga, and music. Non simultaneous exchanges are very welcome as Casa Sarena is their fully equipped and beloved second home. The villa is not a rental. It is often available from May - September, less availability during periods October-April.

Beautiful water view location. Two blocks from the beach! Walking distance to all amenities. Casa Sarena is our beloved second home and not a rental property. We share our home with family and home exchange friends. It is a lovely penthouse villa in a traditional Mexican hacienda - 2 bedrooms (king master, queen in second bedroom), one bath with two covered terraces. The villa has been recently updated. It is very comfortable for four people. Household systems accommodate four people (maximum) and you'll find everything you need. The home is not suitable for small children, young adults are welcome. Exchange includes weekly housekeeping service and high speed internet wi-fi.
The Sea of Cortez offers some of the best whale watching in the world, deep sea fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, and SCUBA! You are welcome to use our kayaks (2), listed as "use of boat." Land lovers can enjoy in local culture, a day at the museum, theatre, day treks, tennis, pickleball, and golf at Mexico's only Gary Player designed course, tennis, trekking, bird watching, etc...

While we respect our guests' choice on the matter, ONLY vaccinated guests are welcome. We have health issues and demand all guests be fully vaccinated.
Our home is frequently available April-October. We have less or no availability for non simultaneous exchanges November-March. Feel free to check with us. Non simultaneous exchanges are easy to arrange. PLEASE NOTE: OUR HOME SYSTEMS ACCOMMODATE FOUR PEOPLE - MAXIMUM. Two couples or a small family is perfect.
We welcome you to our villa and beautiful La Paz. Please check our exchange preferences below, we are mildly allergic to feline, cats. Unfortunately, we cannot stay in homes with indoor cats. We have a very strict no smoking policy, smoking is not allowed on the property. We offer simultaneous and non simultaneous exchanges easily as Casa Sarena is our second home. Our home has many stairs and artifacts, no small children please.
