We are a family of 2 adults and 4 children - 2 boys (12years and 9 years old) and 2 girls (6 years and 3 years old). We have a cat and a dog. The dog would not be present for the exchanges but the cat (Biscuit) would be.

Beskrivelse af vores byttebolig
Detached Family home within walking distance to Oranmore Village (5 min walk).
House - 4 bedrooms upstairs. Master ensuite bedroom with large king bed.
Double bedroom. Single bedroom with mid high single sleeper. Final room has bunk bed, single on top with double on bottom.
Main bathroom upstairs has bath with shower overhead.
Ensuite in Master bedroom has shower also.
Downstairs is a large kitchen and dining room, off which is living room. Separate fully equipped utility room. Playroom / bedroom also downstairs. Has a day bed which can be used as a couch, single or double bed.
Toilet downstairs also.
Small enclosed back garden with large trampoline.
Large communal green in the front of house. Small wooded area within the estate, lovely for a stroll. Bottom of the estate looks out onto the sea.
We have 4 children ranging from 3 years to 11 years - so we also have many toys to help entertain children! Children's bikes available for use and 2 adult bikes also. Young child's bike seat available to be placed on either male or female bike - both fitted for seat to be attached. Scooters, balance bike, go kart, lego, teddies, board games etc all available.

Friendly quiet neighborhood. 5 minute walk to the village where there are great restaurants, cafes, pubs and supermarkets.
Oranmore is situation on the Wild Atlantic Way. Rinville Park is a short bike ride out the road where you can enjoy a picnic, take beautiful walks along the coast, swim in the sea pr bring the kids to a great playground and grab an ice cream and coffee afterwards.
Galway city is 15 minutes by car, 30 minutes on Bus which stops in Oranmore twice every hour.
Great place to base yourself and do day trips. Buses to Limerick, Dublin and Cork stop in the village. Train station 15 minute walk.
Beautiful Connemara is a short drive away. It is now possible to do day trips to the Aran Islands from Galway city.

VIllage of Oranmore is a 5 minute walk from the house. There are many cafes, pubs and resturants to choose from. Lovely walk down through the village to see the resident swans and look out over the Atlantic. Sit on a bench and enjoy a coffee.
Cliffs of Moher, Burren, Alliwee Caves, Connemara, Lahinch, Spiddal - all within one hours drive of Oranmore.
Beautiful beaches within a 30 min drive.

We would prefer to do an exchange with a family who have children. Our house is a lived in house so we by no means expect perfection. However our house will be presented clean and tidy and we would ask that it is returned in the same way
